how-gs-works

We make roof restoration simple, safe, and effective through our proven 4 step system, designed to solve common roof problems and future proof your property. Here’s how:

1. Clean

We begin with a thorough chemical treatment to eliminate moss, mould, and lichen , common causes of long term roof deterioration. Then, we apply high pressure waterblasting to clear all residue, restoring a clean surface and ensuring optimal adhesion for the coating layers.

2. Prep

Next, we repair all issues: rust is treated with a rust converter, broken tiles are patched or replaced, and all penetrations (vents, joins, flashings) are sealed. Screw replacements and silicone sealing create a stable base for coating.

3. Prime

We apply a high adhesion primer specifically formulated for New Zealand roofing materials. This ensures the Guardian Seal membrane bonds permanently to the surface. It’s a vital step that low cost alternatives often skip.

4. Seal

Finally, two coats of our proprietary Guardian Seal membrane are applied. This creates a flexible, UV resistant, watertight barrier that expands and contracts with the roof, protecting against leaks and weathering for over a decade.

The result? A resilient, good as new roof with 10+ years of guaranteed protection, completed in just 2,4 days.
